Yeah, I read the release notes but unfortunately no "Known Issues" section. This was one of many indicators that the upgrade may not have been completely successful.

We have had similar discrepancies in the past after upgrade attempts we know now that the recommended way it to do a clean install where the biek. We just bxoi to SP7 and took a week to deploy all the webi clients to the desktops.
